Customer service is our priority, and our return policy is built around a simple, risk-free, ordering experience.

Free 60 Day Returns!

Unless otherwise noted, Roof Rack and Towbar World will fully refund all new items within 60 days of the original product shipping date.

The Fine Print

• Items must be unused and unassembled.
• Items must be returned with the original box, packaging, and manuals.
• With the exception of cash purchases, refunds may only be credited back to the original purchaser and to the original funding source. An alternative card refund option must be chosen by the customer for returns of cash purchases.
• Unless there are exceptional circumstances, returns accepted by Roof Rack and Towbar World after the 60 day period will be credited with Roof Rack and Towbar World gift certificates only.
• The original shipping and handling costs (if charged) are not refundable unless Roof Rack and Towbar World was at fault.
• If at fault We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your return. Otherwise change of mind returns shipping will be at your cost.
• It is the responsibility of the original purchaser to ensure that returns are adequately packaged, insured, and tracked.
• The following items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable:
  • Closeout/clearance items
  • Trailer hitches
  • Any products ordered by special request
  • Drop ship orders
• The items that require special handling or incur oversize charges are not eligible for a free return; in this case, any shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
• All packages refused by the customer are subject to the terms and conditions of our return policy plus any additional return shipping costs charged to us by the shipping company. All refused cargo box shipments are subject to an additional $100 transportation fee, which will be charged to the customer's credit card.

Drop Ship Orders

Please note: Drop shipped orders can only be cancelled prior to the order being processed and sent to the drop-shipper (the product manufacturer). We are unable to cancel any drop ship orders after they have been processed.
